| Project Scope: A land use plan
was being developed by BearWest for Sweetwater County. The County planning office
desired to have a community profile included within its land use plan. To accomplish
this, the Sweetwater County Planner requested BearWest to retain Pedersen Planning
Consultants to prepare a county profile.
The community profile completed by Pedersen Planning Consultants generally
summarized community demographics, regional land ownership, and the county revenue base.
The profile also identified the various sectors of the economy, as well as related
income generated from each economic sector. |
