| Project Scope:
Prepared an environmental assessment
for review by the Hawaii County Planning Department. The
project considered the proposed establishment of a helistop and
related helicopter tour operations in the North and south Kohala
area. Particular attention was given to the noise impacts that
would be generated by the project and the compatibility of the
project with existing land uses |
