Scope of Services The future growth of communities
is, in part, dependent upon the availability of land to support
future land use expansion. Housing and other types of land use
assessments are occasionally made by municipal, county and state
agencies to determine the future demand or need for various
types of land uses, evaluate potential barriers to private and
public investment, as well as recommend what strategies can be
pursued to attract the future development of housing,
commercial, industrial or public facilities.
Experience
PPC has completed various housing master plans and other land
